Sinceramente è’ una cosa che ormai non mi domando nemmeno più… probabilmente mi sono arreso ormai. Ma si sa, mai dire mai.
He prefers outdoor ganja and occasionally he goes fishing with Alborosie, in Kingston . We’re talking about Alessandro Vacca, well known as Vacca: the Sardinian rapper, published on March 19th, his fifth album , “Pazienza” (patience) ( Produzioni Oblio) . His new work , Caribbean lifestyle and his relation with weed – are enclosed in the following interview – for Underground Cannabis .
1 ) Tell us about your new album. “Patience” for what ?
To better assess and to learn. Having patience means having control of your own person, you can take your time to be able to judge.
2 ) Tell us ’bout the collaboration with other rappers or singers: six tracks were handled by Alborosie .Tell us ’bout your friendship.
Sometimes I have just to pick up the phone and the collaboration takes life. I often meet Albo here in Kingston, to speaking of work … to go fishing , and in this way was born the collaboration .
3) What are the stories of life in Jamaica ? As a foreigner , it has been difficult to integrate with the people ? Do you miss the Sardinia ?
I am away from Sardinia for a long time but I don’t miss it very much. The are a lot of similarities between these two lands. The people and ‘ Christian, then there is a high percentage of Rastafarians and ‘ something else.
4) is Jamaican prohibition comparable with the Italian one ? What are the weed varieties most liked by Vaccaman ?Although it is not legalized, the level of tolerance of this plan is significantly higher than in Italy. ‘Bout my preferences : I am allergic to everything is done under the lamp: I like all the outdoor varieties, in other words i love plants that meet the course of mother nature!
5) How soon could you talk about legalization in Italy?
Honestly, I don’t think anymore of it … probably I gave up now . But you know, never say never.
